Our Story
At Templar Elite Coaching, we began with a passion for serving new Sales Leaders in the software industry. We remember realizing how different the new leadership role was from our old sales role. We remember how difficult it can be to build credibility as a leader, manage people, over achieve larger quotas while being watched by everyone... Our founders saw a need for personalized, results-driven training and consulting services to equip new Sales Leaders to succeed, especially in a very dynamic market. So we created a company that would meet that need. Today, we continue to uphold that same passion to equip new Sales Leaders for success.
The TELP System
Realizing sales leadership had to have a unified foundation to be successful, the Team Empowerment Leadership Program - TELP - was created. Through this unique and proven system, sales leaders leverage the techniques, tools and over 30 years of experience to create real team results, increase confidence and position you for a rising future.
Business Consulting Services for Templar Elite Coaching
Individual TELP Training
Templar Elite Coaching offers individual Masterclass training on the TELP System. We cover one TELP Pillar per week for four weeks. This includes presentation, tools and discussion.
Group TELP Training
Templar Elite Coaching offers a group masterclass that will cover one pillar of the TELP System per week for four weeks. These classes will include material presentation, tools and discussion. Individual application may be discussed time allowing.
One to One Consulting
Templar Elite Coaching offers one to one coaching, meeting every other week. These sessions will focus on understanding, implementing and measuring the TELP System into a specific team for foundational growth. Additional ideas, action plans and measurements are available.
New Leaders Community (COMING SOON)
Templar Elite Consulting will be offering a private community specifically for new saless leaders. Our goal is to create a forum for the sharing of ideas, providing feedback and support. Members will be allowed to post questions directly to Templar Elite Coaching, attend private events with guest speakers etc.
